Terms of Service

Welcome to QuantPro (“QuantPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuantPro website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About QuantPro

QuantPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides data visualization and analytics tools, including chart-based data displays and statistical indicators generated from publicly available market data. QuantPro is operated by Quantpro, a company registered in the Republic of Korea.

2. No Investment Advice

QuantPro is a data analytics and visualization tool only. QuantPro does not provide investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, or asset management services, and nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Any data, charts, or indicators provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment or financial decisions you make, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before making such decisions.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription (“Subscription”).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments for customers outside of Korea are processed by our payment provider, acting as our authorized reseller, and by our respective payment processing partners. Payments for customers within Korea are processed via our domestic payment gateway.
  • Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.
  • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data or content from the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, charts, logos, and software, are owned by QuantPro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis provided will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided through the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your Subscription at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
