환불 규정 · Refund Policy
본 규정은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」(이하 ‘전자상거래법’)에 따르며, 퀀트프로 스토어에서 판매하는 디지털 상품(PDF 다운로드)에 적용됩니다.
These terms follow the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and apply to digital products (PDF downloads) sold in the QUANTPRO store.
1. 상품 및 제공 방법 · Product and delivery
- 판매 상품은 다운로드형 디지털 콘텐츠(PDF)이며 실물 배송은 없습니다. 배송비는 없습니다.
Products are downloadable PDF files. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping fee. - 결제 완료 즉시 주문완료 화면과 이메일로 다운로드 링크가 제공됩니다.
A download link is shown on the order completion page and emailed right after payment. - 구매 전 확인할 수 있도록 상품 페이지에서 무료 샘플(3페이지)을 제공합니다.
A free 3-page sample is available on each product page before purchase.
2. 다운로드 전 청약철회 · Before download
- 파일을 다운로드하지 않은 경우, 결제일로부터 7일 이내 청약철회 시 전액 환불됩니다.
If the file has not been downloaded, you may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
3. 다운로드 후 청약철회 제한 · After download
- 파일을 다운로드한 경우(디지털콘텐츠 제공이 개시된 경우) 전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 단순 변심에 의한 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 이를 위해 무료 샘플을 사전에 제공하며, 이 내용은 상품 페이지와 결제 화면에 안내됩니다.
Once the file is downloaded, cancellation for change of mind is not accepted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Act. A free sample is provided in advance, and this is stated on the product page and at checkout.
4. 상품 하자 및 표시와 다른 경우 · Faulty or not as described
- 파일이 열리지 않거나, 링크가 작동하지 않거나, 상품 설명과 내용이 다른 경우에는 다운로드 여부와 관계없이 구매일로부터 3개월 이내, 또는 그 사실을 안 날(알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 이내에 교환 또는 전액 환불을 받을 수 있습니다(전자상거래법 제17조 제3항).
If the file does not open, the links do not work, or the content differs from the description, you may request a replacement or full refund within 3 months of purchase, or within 30 days of noticing the problem, whether or not it was downloaded (Article 17(3)).
5. 환불 신청 및 처리 · How refunds are processed

How to request: contact customer service with your order number. Email quantproteam@gmail.com / Phone +82-10-3187-2488 - 환불이 승인되면 3영업일 이내에 결제하신 카드의 승인 취소로 처리되며, 카드사에 따라 실제 반영 시점은 다를 수 있습니다.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days by cancelling the original card payment. Posting time depends on your card issuer. - 해외카드 결제는 결제된 원화(KRW) 금액 그대로 환불되며, 환율 차이는 카드사 기준에 따릅니다.
Payments made with overseas cards are refunded in the same KRW amount. Exchange-rate differences are set by your card issuer.
6. 기타 · Other
- 구매한 파일은 구매자 본인의 개인적 사용에 한하며, 재판매·재배포는 허용되지 않습니다.
Files are licensed for the buyer’s personal use. Resale or redistribution is not permitted. - 본 규정에 정하지 않은 사항은 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
Matters not covered here follow the Act and other applicable Korean laws.
