This Privacy Policy explains how Quantpro (“QuantPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the QuantPro website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

  • Payment information: billing name, billing address, and payment details. Note that full payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment providers (see Section 4) and are not stored on our own servers.

4. Payment Processing

  • Customers in Korea: payments are processed through our domestic payment gateway partner.
  • Customers outside of Korea: payments are processed through our international payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions and handles applicable global tax compliance.

These payment providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment information, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the Service, including a cookie that remembers whether you are browsing the Korean or English version of our site so that your language preference and applicable payment options are applied consistently across pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
